Sleep Aids

If you’ve been having a little trouble sleeping lately, an over-the-counter sleep aid might help you catch up.

Select a product from the left or scroll through to see the whole list of the most popular sleep aids in Japan.

If you take an MAOI, warfarin, blood pressure medication, or any other regular medication for a mental or physical disease or condition, are pregnant, nursing, or simply not sure, consult your doctor before taking any over-the-counter medication.

Japanese OTC labels often do not provide medication-specific warnings, so if you're unsure of drug interactions, be safe and ask your doctor before taking anything.
